i was simply flabbergasted by the lack of water, we had to chase them for towels like it was a scavenger hunt, and the coffee machines at breakfast were an absoluteley ridiculous mess. it woudl ve been nice to be treated like a special guest but i guess that was too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Delightful hotel, exceptional service, with a stunning view from the waterfront room, making it a perfect base to explore the city as it's conveniently located near many shops and has a fantastic indoor swimming pool for relaxation.

The staff were just so friendly, bless their hearts! Faniry and Noelle made my mornings special with a smile and a big bottle of water. My room was cozy and clean, with a view that just took my breath away. The gym was sharp, but I reckon the pool could’ve been warmer for my liking.

We had a wonderful stay with our small family. The view from our room overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the kids loved the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home. We appreciated the delicious meals at the rooftop restaurant and the secure location.

My children wished the pool was warmer.

The rooftop pool provided a perfect escape, complemented by the amazing staff who catered to my every need with warmth and efficiency. The hotel really exceeded my expectations with helpful little touches, like having fresh fruit in the room and a late checkout option. I loved how relaxing the heated outdoor swimming pool and the rooftop bar were, perfect spots to unwind after a long day.
